Heads Up K9 Summer Schedule

April classes will be much the same as March classes have been. De has some ongoing classes in April, finishing up a CGC Class and evaluation day for all 3 levels of AKC CGC. Also finishing up a 6 week Trick Class that began in March, including testing for various level testing for various classes at the end of the session. De and Deb will both be taking the month of May off. De will be heading out to visit all over her family and friends and will be out of state from mid May into the first week of June. She will be getting her June schedule out soon.

Deb will be volunteering at a Tracking Trial (or trialing if she gets a working spot) the first week of May. May 7th she leaves for a Scent Trial held in an old museum in Murphy ID. From there off to a Scent Camp taught by Hallie McMullen at a fantastic lake/forest service campground near McCall ID, returning back to Helena on the 21st… just in time to host and participate in a tracking Clinic offered by Big Sky Tracking Dog Club. The instructor will be Sil Sanders, who wrote Modern Enthusiastic Tracking (May 22nd through the 26th).

All of the working spots are full so put your name on a waiting list… but… audit spots are unlimited so come out and watch if you are free. Last weekend in May Deb will be in Columbus MT trailing in NACSW Scent Trials one day and volunteering the rest of the clinic. Summers are BUSY!

Deb Killpack and De Brilz are AKC CGC, Trick, Puppy and Manners Evaluators. Deb Just finished 3 ½ years of training and received her AKC Scent Judges License.
